POLICY
By making a Payment in any form, you are agreeing to ALL terms listed below.
-Payment ALWAYS up front.
-The artist reserves the right to back out of any unfinished project commissioned to by the client with a 50% refund.
-No Refunds If the product is finished, I'm sorry but the payment is for the artist's time, not the product.
-If you would like to back out mid progress the artist will allow up to a 50% refund in this case.
(standard 50% non-refundable down payment)
-Asking for things changed is doable, but if it requires me to start over for it has gone to far, a fee may be applied before continuing.
-Having commissioned a piece does not mean you get a print for free. Physical prints are a separate cost via store redirect on the homepage.
